These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the rules for accessing and using the Popcurb application (the "Application"), which enables on-street parking payment, parking duration management, notifications, and payment of Post-Parking Fines (FPS).
Use of the Application implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
The Application is accessible to users with a compatible device and Internet access. Popcurb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or interrupt access to all or part of the Application, without notice, for technical, security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
Use of the Application requires creating a personal account.
The user agrees to:
Any use of the Application via the user's account is deemed to be performed by them.
The Application enables:
Services are provided subject to their availability in the relevant geographic area.
Payments are made through secure third-party payment providers (including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Popcurb is not responsible for malfunctions attributable to payment providers or banking networks.
Any attempt at fraud or circumvention of payment systems will result in immediate action (see Article 9).
The user agrees to use the Application:
Any attempt to compromise the integrity, availability, or security of Popcurb's systems will be considered a serious violation of the Terms.

The Application, its content, trademarks, logos, databases, interfaces, and software are the exclusive property of Popcurb or its partners. Any reproduction, exploitation, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Processing of personal data is governed by Popcurb's Privacy Policy, accepted separately during registration.
Popcurb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modifications. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
By registering and using the Application, the user acknowledges having read and accepts these Terms of Service without reservation.
These terms inform the user, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, of the methods of collection, use, and protection of their personal data in the context of using the Popcurb application, dedicated to on-street parking payment and associated services.
Acceptance of these terms is mandatory when registering for the application.

Popcurb implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data.
Popcurb reserves the right to modify these terms to comply with any legal or regulatory changes. Users will be informed of any substantial modifications.
Users may delete their account directly within the mobile application by navigating to Profile Tab → Account → Delete Account.
When an account is deleted:
Certain records related to parking sessions, payments, invoices, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance may be retained in anonymized form where required by applicable legal, accounting, or tax obligations.
These retained records cannot be used to identify the user.
